Kidz Kamp Signup

Kidz Kamp is designed for kids who have completed 2nd - 6th grades.  We will be attending session #1 which is the Sunday - Wednesday of July 30th - Aug 2nd. Sign up below and we will send you the medical form.  The medical form and camp fee can be turned in any time but aren't needed until the day we leave for camp.

• Cost: $150
• Deadline to sign up: July 10th (6pm)
• All meals & T-shirt included in fee except lunch on the way home Wednesday
• We will leave after morning worship on Sunday after lunch at Pathway
